Unable to see the Reversal option it is Grayed Out using Customized Data Access Sets in GL Journals

There is a Business Requirement to create a separate Data Access Sets for each ledger (Primary Ledger, Reporting &  Secondary Ledger) 

 

So, We have created Data Access sets (DAS) for Primary ledger providing with Read & Write access, and for Reporting & Secondary Read Only access and Combined in on Data Access Set.

 

Using the above Data Access Sets, Users is unable to see the Reversal option it is getting grayed out, but where as if we assign full Read & Write access for all Ledgers they are able to see the Reversal option.

 

Is this a Standard Oracle behavior or we are missing with any other configurations, can anybody send us a Oracle note on this if it is a Standard Behavior, as we do not find any note on this.
