Establish relationship between different customers

We are currently storing account data in the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) native accounts object, which includes multiple billing and shipping addresses. We have a requirement where users need the capability to browse and select customer details, including billing and shipping addresses, from another customer.

E.g : We have Customer A (Bill A , Ship A) and Customer B (Bill B, Ship B)

Here , User wants to use Customer A and Bill B, Ship B in the Quote

With respect to the above, have you had clients with similar requirements? If so, could you provide input/feedback with respect to how you modeled customer and/or transaction data to support the above?
