I have seen discussions on Transaction Security but have not found a solution that would work .

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Other discussions have mentioned it's all or nothing and you can't limit the type of transactions. We are trying to create a solutions so that some users would only have access to approve job requisitions and approve job offers in the Transaction Console. The transaction security profile is already created. When I chose my job role, I get the error below.

This role doesn't have access to any data that's secured by security profiles. (PER-1531351)
