Update Alternate Hierarchy using Subscription

Problem Statement:

There is a primary hierarchy as below:
All Projects
Parent ITN

Child ITN

ITN Auth Hierarchy

Parent ITN_Auth

All Projects is a parent for both Parent ITN and ITN Auth Hierarchy. "Parent ITN_Auth" is at the same level as "Child ITN". Requirement is that based on a property for Parent ITN (for example, if a property for Parent ITN is "xyz"), the "Parent ITN" needs to be suffixed with "_Auth" at the end and should be added to the "ITN Auth Hierarchy". If the property changes to "abc", it should be removed from the "ITN Auth Hierarchy".
