Need Shipping View Only role to view only documents attached in Manage Shipments

Summary:

Hi,

We are looking for the Shipping View only role. We tried with page composer to hide the fields but it doesn't allow us to perform. Below is the navigation we tried to hiding the field .

Navigation: Supply Chain Execution-> Inventory Management->Shipments(LOV)->Manage Shipments->Action(Edit).

We are trying to hide the Edit filed in Actions on Manage Shipments Page by using Page Composer but the field greyed out. Please suggest the solution.
