Restrict Subledger Application access for GL user

Summary:

In our project we have a unique requirement to restrict the Subledger Application Journals for a few GL Users in General Ledger.

Let me explain with an example.

We have one User Mr. ABC, who has General Accountant Role and has access to one Ledger. We want that Mr. ABC should access journals only for Receivables Source and no other application journals should be available for him to view or search. As standard functionality, user can search for all the sources/subledgers.
