How can a DFF hour format show in the same timezone backoffice and career site?

Summary:

We created a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) to indicate an important time to our candidates although the time shows in a different time zone for back office (UTC) compared to career site (CET). It is very confusing for the recruiters at which time the candidate needs to be present. We'd like to know a way to make the time show consistent in our timezone (CET)
