Respond to Job Offer throws Not Found Error when Vanity URL is enabled

Summary:

When candidates get the Offer Letter sent out, the dynamic link ( ${JobOfferDetailsCandidateDeepLinkURL} ) doesn't work as intended when we use the Vanity URL functionality. (https://VANITYURL/s/ysksakldjLK).

How can this be fixed?

Other parts of the careers site work as expected.
