If a person has multiple assignments, should personal payment method be created for each assignment?

We are using HDL to load personal payment method. Assignment Number is one of the fields. If a person has multiple assignments (for example 2 assignments in the same payroll relationship), should 2 PPM rows be loaded for the employee?
