Editing report description

Hi,

I have been trying to find a way to edit a description for out-of-the-box reports to reflect any changes that have been made to the functionality. Ideally, I would like to be able to change a description which is included in report definition. is there any way this can be done?

Also, I noticed that after adding an exception, the exception key is not coming through unless I add exception criteria or percentage of criteria met. Is there any way of pulling through the key with just the name of the exception and conditional formatting (e.g. Breach,
