Update Special Handling PO Line level Attributes API

Summary:

We have a requirement of updating few Special Handling Attributes(SH_ATTRIBUTE5 and SH_ATTRIBUTE6) at PO Line level [PO_LINES_ALL]. Seems FBDI doesn't support this.

We were trying this API: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/draftPurchaseOrders/{PO_HEADER_ID}/child/lines/{PO_LINE_ID}/child/DFF/{PO_LINE_ID} , Mode : PATCH

But seems this doesn't have Speical Handling Attributes.

Could you please check and let us know which API (REST/SOAP) can be used to update PO Line Special Handling attributes?
