Can we integrate SMS services on Oracle IJP platform of the application process for eg. SMS triggered on Shortlisting to the employee, SMS triggered to the employee on not shortlisted,  or Selected for the role?

We have our SMS service provider, can we integrate the APIs on this, to ensure employees are communicated faster rather than just relying on email communication
