OSMH: Failed to Update to Package Version python36-oci-sdk-2.133.0-1.el7.x86_64

Symptoms:

On an Instance registered with OSMH, where updates are managed through a custom software source, the package python36-oci-sdk failed to update during the patching process, resulting in the following error:

# yum update python36-oci-sdk

Loaded plugins: langpacks, osmh_msg, versionlock

This system is receiving updates from OSMH.
