Error while doing advanced search in cancel work relationship :I/O data limit exceeded.

Summary:

HR is not able to cancel work relationship for future hire employees.

Getting below error while trying to cancel work relationship from Classic UI:

PER-1531311 No person type usage records exists for this work relationship

As a workaround we tried to cancel work relationship through RUI from quick action. It is worked for few employee.

But following error is populated while searching from RUI: I/O data limit exceeded.
