How to build a report of globally SUBscribed. Which field to filter on?

Hi,

I'm able to build out a segment looking at "Global Subscribed" (eg - within Last 7 days), but am having trouble identifying the proper field(s) to filter on when trying to build this out in the reporting module - so that i can create an agent based on the report. Appreciate any guidance. Thanks.
