Hi Team,

Greetings!

We have been observing an issue with the payroll flows associated with the extracts.

The extracts process 98% of the records but get stuck with 2% of the pending records for hours.

e.g.

The extract has got 10000 records for processing in the given run and 9800 records do get processed in 2 hours but the remaining 20 records remain in "pending" status for long hours . Even if we rollback the run and resubmit - it ends up in same result again.

Has anyone come across this issue? What could be the root cause and the required remedial action?
