Clarification on Viewing Requisitions as a Requester in RSSP

Hello,

I have a question regarding the visibility of requisitions for a requester in RSSP. I created a requisition and changed the requester’s name. I confirmed with the new requester that they were unable to view the requisition, which aligns with the assumption that this feature will be available starting with the 24d update, as outlined in the 24d new features document.

However, the new requester did receive an email notification about the requisition. Is it expected behavior for the requester to receive email notifications, even though they cannot view the requisition in RSSP? Can you please confirm if this is normal?
