Does system have the capability for users to self request user role?

In HCM, can a user self request a user role? Right now, if a team members needs a role someone has to submit a ServiceNow ticket for them. Then someone from the security team goes in to provision the role in prod. Is there a way for a manager or someone to submit a request in HCM to add a role for a team member?
