'Request a new position' - Restrict Jobs, Departments and locations -

Summary:

We have a requirement where the manager should see only the departments and jobs which are specific to that location. I have created a new BU 'XYZ BU' and mapped it with XYZ Reference data set. I have created the Jobs and departments with XYZ reference data set. When I tried to create a new position, i have selected XYZ BU but I could still see all the jobs and departments are showing up.

But when I tried to promote or transfer the employee, I have selected the XYZ BU and I could see only the jobs and departments created under XYZ Ref Data set. is this an expected behavior. Please let me know if there a way to restrict this at 'Request a new position' page.
