Additional dropdown when choose a specific Ethnicity

Summary:

Hi Experts,

The Customer wants to add a dropdown field under the "Demographic Info" > "Ethnicity". whenever the user chooses the "Hispanic or Latino" that dropdown will show with a specific value.

Is this request possible via DFF or any other configuration we can use?
