Summary: We need an Hours and Earnings Report per year, for all employees. This is critical information that we send to the State for Worker's Comp reconciliation.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We've looked in seeded reports but don't see one that satisfies our requirements. We've tried this but "Load Hours and Earnings Data for Reporting" is missing from "Submit a Flow."
