How to maintain Mexico geographies

Summary:

Recently Mexico added quite some new postal codes, we have manually added the new postal codes to Mexico Geographies.

I'm seeking a way to automatically maintain Mexico geographies, instead of the manual update.

I see Oracle has a process "Load Geographies for Mexico". Oracle document doesn't provide the detailed information. I'm very confused…

My questions:

1. Will running this process add the latest Mexico geographies data, e.g. new postal code?

2. Does the process have an impact to the existing processes? My concern is, if the process changed the GEOGRAPHY_ID or other things, it will impact our existing integration.
