Partial PO line matching for Goods PO with Quantity based matching

Summary: Hello, We have following PO/Invoice match scenario wherein supplier requires different percentages payment at different intervals (30% on order, 60% prior to dispatch, 10% finally). But upon matching the 1st invoice, system closes the PO line and shows 'Closed for invoices'. We understand its due to Quantity based matching/line type; but we can' use the amount based matching as we have to print the Qty on PO pdf. We use 2-way matching. Is there any other functionality available to achieve this?

Example:

A Goods PO has 3 lines and each line has 1 Quantity and $1000 as line amount.
