How to Create Dynamic Approval group for HCM Promote Transaction

Actually, we are working with a requirement to update a business rule for promote transaction, the intention is defining 2 levels for approvals, the first approval will be sent to role, for the second approval depends of the employee department, the transactions must be sent to 3 possible approvers dependign of the department.
We identified a case where mentioned that Is possible use the dynamic approval group, the case is related to Financials.

Do you know if the dynamic approval group it´s available for HCM.
