How to create Account Rule for Cost Center segment based on Ship to Location data under TAD Setup

Summary:

We are testing Account Rule for various segments based on data entered in Ship to Location using TAD setup. However, we were able to derive all segments other than Cost Center segment using Ship to Location with TAD setup. Please let us know if this can be configured or there exists a workaround for deriving the Cost Center values based on Ship to Location.

Note: We capture certain values in Ship to Location which is to be used as a logic for Cost Center derivation
