Local Access Group is not working as expected

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to hide the courses based on the Grades. So, we have created the Analysis report for fetching only the grades of 2A, 2B, and 2C. Also, we have hardcoded only one employee in the Analysis report.

We have tagged this Analysis criteria as a Local Access Group in the one course. When I log login with the same employee that I have hardcoded it is showing as expected. But, also When we Log in to the Grade 5 Employee the course is still showing which is unexpected. We are not sure where the things went wrong.
