Is there any HDL to load Talent ratings (Risk of loss, Impact of loss, Performance Over Time, relocatable etc) for a participants in a talent review meeting?

TalentReviewMeeting.dat seems to be used only to load basic definition / set up for meetings but is there any way to bulk load talent ratings for the employees participating the meeting?
