Perform Shipping Transaction- Closes Shipment

Hello All,

We are using the 'CreateandConfirmShipments' RESTAPI to process Sales Order shipment message coming from a 3PL. However, we would not like the process to close out the shipment. We would like the shipment move to confirmed status and a manual intervention to close out a shipment. Currently the "Perform Shipping Transaction" upon running closes out a Shipment and moves the line to "Awaiting Billing" status. Any inputs on how we could achieve this?
