Build Approval condition based on worker's Organization Tree

Hello All,

I have a requirement where client wants to trigger approval Chain based on a Person's Organization Tree e.g. if employee belongs to Dept A or its child department then approval should go to Director (AOR defined). If employee does not belong to Dept A or its child then approval should go to Dean (AOR Defined). Can anyone help in mapping this requirement.
