How to make Posting Description read only based on recruiting type with VB in ORC

Customer Ask:

We have enabled the Redwood Pages for ORC and the customer is asking to make Posting Descriptions for certain Recruiting Types as non-editable and be driven from the position itself.

We are adding the profiles to the Positions so they come on a Positing Description while creating a new job Requisition but by default, system gives you the flexibility of editing it, still the ask is Recruiters or Hiring Managers should not be able to make any changes in the posting description for a specific Recruiting Type.

How can this be achieved via VB.
