Cannot install Smart View 24.200 64-bit

Summary:

I am unable to install Smart View 24.200 64-bit on a bew laptop (MS Surface Laptop 7; Snapdragon X 10-Core; 16.0 GB of RAM. 64-bit OS with ARM Based Processor).

During installation, receive error message that the 32-bit version was installed but something went wrong during load. This is odd because I downloaded the 64-bit version. After multiple failures, I copied the 64-bit version to the new laptop from the old laptop (specs below) and installation still failed.

Successfully installed the 64-bit version on an older laptop (Surface pro 6; Intel i5; 8GB of RAM. 64-bit OS with x64 based processor).

Both machines are using Windows 11 Home.
