Difference column in 'Balance Exception' report does not show the difference

Hi Experts,

When the balance adjustment report is run in Excel mode, a 'Difference' column appears. My understanding is that this column should display the difference between the actual value and the calculated value. However, it is only showing the actual value.

Does anyone know if there's a specific action required to populate the actual difference in this column?
