Unable to preview and play scorm file

Summary:

Hi all! We are currently in the process of migrating and testing SCORM packages from the legacy system (Cornerstone) to Learning Cloud. We are uploading each SCORM module individually as .zip files and so far we are facing issue with playing one of the SCORM packages. We even retested this SCORM file in legacy system and it turn out fine in other LMS’s.

We are able to successfully upload the scorm file and face issue while preview/playing.(Screenshot attached).

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? What are your recommended work arounds?
