Learners can post comments to courses and offerings and receive replies to their comments which is more like a community discussion. Based on your experience using both functionalities I wonder:

  1. What is the significant value of using comments functionality (to courses and offerings) compared to the different types of communities?
  2. Do you use both courses comments and offering comments or just one of them fits the need?
