AOR - From date behavior

Summary:

Hello,

I have a strange behavior on the From date when I create AoR for a worker.

For example, I chose From date on 01/09/2024, then I can select the scope and submit wihtout any issue.

But when I go back into the AoR that I just created, the date switched to 09/01/2024, and when I want to submit I have the following error message

"You can't assign a responsibility with this start date because the person's assignment doesn't exist as of this date. (PER-1532387)".

So I guess because of this behavior, my user doesn't have any workers in his scope, because the assignment date don't match the Aor From date.
