Is it possible to block the edition of the checkin record after it has been sent?

Summary: Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to not allow the manager and the employee to edit the submitted comments of the check-in after an specific date. The idea would be the check-in not be editable after the previous submitted responses of the questionnaires.
