What would cause a deeplink to a Specialization to take 4-minutes to load?

Summary:

This issue is occurring with one particular specialization. The specialization has 10 sections with 24 activities, with only two activities required.

Learner is emailed the link to launch the specialization and it takes approximately 4-minutes to open.

No issue if the learner searches for the Specialization, it immediately displays.
