We are seeing instances where what the Manager sees in MyTeam Learning does not match what individuals see in their own learning. For example, we have a learner who has been withdrawn from a specialization and has completed a ILT. However, his manager shows that he is still enrolled in the Specialization and the ILT is overdue. Any thoughts on how to resolve?
