Different Statutory Sick Pay getting in two different Pods

Summary:

We have applied sick leaves in two different pods for the comparison after enabling the new statutory absence changes. For one person we are getting 0% pay in 1 Pod and in other its getting paid 100% in other pod. On checking further there is no changes in his employment record we can see. Employee had same dates of leave in both the pods
