V3 Terminations Error

Hi

We have recently enabled V3 Terminations in our test pod. While testing a specific scenario we are getting the following error

You must designate one of the secondary work relationships as primary before the termination. The work relationship is primary from 2-Jan-2021 to 31-Dec-4712. (PER-1532127)

The scenario is employee has multiple assignments -one in home country (assignment status is suspended) and other in host country (International assignment and active payroll status)

When we are trying to terminate the host country assignment , we are getting the above error.

We are not getting this error in V2 and are able to proceed with termination.
