Help with "Guide me" Report

I am building a report that fetches information about Grade Ladder, Grade Name, Step Name, and Value. The query itself is not an issue. However, I need the Report Model to be linked to the "Guide Me" section in the Promote and Hire actions. I have two questions regarding this:

1. How can I add the report to the "Guide Me" section? Could you provide an example?
2. How can I use the parameters selected on the screen as filters for the report dynamically? For example, if I choose Grade Ladder A, Grade Name B, and Step Name C, I would like these selections to automatically apply as filters when I click on the report.
