Understanding Organization Chart Criteria Functionality
Summary:
We are looking to assign courses via Org Chart, but need to understand how it handles movement of the people leader.
For example:
We assign training to "Chris's Team".
As folks move into Chris's team, they are assigned the training.
Then Chris changes to a new role and Quinn moves into that role.
Would training still be assigned to Chris's old org under Quinn? Or would it be assigned to Chris's new org?
Bottom line, does it stay with the position for the Org Chart Criteria, or does it move with the person?
