Cannot get the custom script to work.

I've the below custom script, which for some reason is returning the value 0 in the first column of the report. The similar code is in the other report , which was created last year is running fine. Has anything changed since last year in terms of referencing the column of the other report.

I checked the value of $nrows and it's fetching the correct row count from the report id# 100229. However, it's not fetching the value of the column 'Serial Number' present in the other report.

Any help is appreciated. Please advise.
