Summary: Is it possible to add filters on a custom alert

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi to all,

we made a custom alert on "waitlist": when a learner exits from a waitlist and he/she's enrolled in a course he/she receveis an alert but we have to insert a filter because the alert doesn't work only for learner's enrollments. How can we see a way to insert filters on alert?
