Does Fusion have performance monitoring report to show the loading status of each module/function?

I would like to know if Oracle Fusion P2P has any performance monitoring tools or reports(similar to the attached screenshot2) that I can use to troubleshoot or correct the Fusion system architecture?

For example, when sending RFQs, I need to retrieve the historical price of the exact same product name from all past POs. If this search is too inefficient, where can I get this information?
