Unable to add custom text in Redwood UI, like we could add in Responsive UI using page composer

Unable to add custom text in Redwood UI, like we could add in Responsive UI using page composer. We are unable to add custom note in personal details to convey important message to users. For Example, in person name change process - We want to add a message "Please provide documentation for name change as per the local legislation/country. For JAPAC and OFSS countries, documentation is mandatory"
