Facing issue in Document of Records that new fields cant show

Dear ,

I m facing issue in Document of records. We already have successfully running document of records and now our requirement to add 3 new more columns into the same document of records. So i added in same DOR 3 columns in data model and also added in Document Records Descriptive Flexfields and after that i deployed flexfield.

and now i check person document records 3 fields are showing so enter the data into it. But issue is when pdf output comes for letter only new 3 columns does not show any data. other previous columns have showing data but only new 3 columns does not show any data
