Privileges for access to an approval workflow

Summary:

Hello,

Using a custom role I am unable to view the approval workflows. The workflow goes into error and fails.

ES. When I edit an employee name the approval workflow should start. With this role it does not work.

If I use a different role, the workflow works!

I have already run a compare between the two roles but I can't locate the privilege.

Could you tell me what privilege I need?
