Demand Management Pivot table configuration issue

Unable to see dates for year 2022 or 2023 in Time dimension (Members tab) while configuring for Pivot table, do you know the reason?

It is same for whatever measures I select in "Measures" tab. I want to load additional shipment history data (external source) thru FBDI for year 2023, but I couldn't see that data in this pivot table, for other years (2024 or 2025) it is working fine.
