DFF not automatically updating if Jobs/Grade is updated

Hello,

We have created DFFs in the assignment page and the values are being set in the User-Defined Table which is basically associated to the Grades. So, the expectation is if the Job/Grade will be updated, the values in the created DFF will also be updated. But, what happens is there’s still a need to submit the change in the Job/Grade before the values will be updated. So, basically the values does not automatically sync everytime there’s a change in Job/Grade.
